Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Hey Walter Labs website at heywalter.dev and any services provided by Future Ready Holdings Inc. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Hey Walter Labs builds custom software, AI agents, websites, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and ownership terms for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything general stated on this site.
Ownership of your work
Unless your engagement agreement says otherwise, you own the deliverables we build for you once fees are paid. Hey Walter Labs retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, methods, and general know-how.
Your responsibilities
When working with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
- Hold the rights to any content or data you give us to use.
- Use anything we build lawfully and as intended.
Fees and payment
Fees, operating fees, and payment terms are set out in your engagement agreement. Recurring operating fees continue until cancelled per that agreement.
Website content
The content on this site is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current, and it does not form part of any agreement unless expressly included in your proposal.
Third-party tools
Our work may involve third-party platforms and services. Your use of those is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The website and any free materials are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hey Walter Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Limitation of liability
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
